My Doctor's Appointment Update

   Hi! Yesterday I went to my doctor's appointment and it went great. My doctor said I'm healthy and great still, but I need to cut down on sugar, meat, juice, soda, and mainly junk. I have to drink lots of water, eat fruits, vegetables and be fit. I like to sometimes drink water so I decided to fill my house up flavored water which is zero calories. I'm going to try transitioning into a vegetarian. Let's hope that goes great. I'm going to try at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday. Cut down on what I eat by eating a small portion. When my doctor sees me again in July I should look and feel great.

Happy Memorial Day!

 Hi! Today's Memorial Day and I just hope everyone is out enjoying themselves instead of staying home doing nothing. I just want to give thanks to everyone who fought and those who are still fighting for us. Today shouldn't be there day. It should be their day everyday. I truly honor, love, and respect them with dignity and my heart. Many are not here with us, but in our hearts they still are. I love you guys! XOXO
